- Payment by PayPal is preferred (Note: you can pay with your credit card via PayPal).
- Orders via Google Wallet will be delayed by 3-4 days.
- The item will be shipped within 1 business day of RECEIVING CLEAR PAYMENT.
- Orders to California, USA will be charged a sales tax of 8.75%.
- To international buyers, custom tax is the responsibility of the buyers.
- If you are not happy with what you purchased for any reasons you have 30 days to send it back to us for a refund of the price of the item, excluding the shipping & handling cost of the item (Buyer pays return shipping).
- International shipping provided. The shipping time will range from 27 to 40 days, depending on the buyer's location.
- We process orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your Jewelry will be mailed safely in a yellow padded envelope or standard letter envelope to the address on file with PayPal. Estimated USA delivery is 2-5 days. International deliveries can expect a 1-2 week delay.
- If the items you order do not arrive, please email us within 45 days of your purchase date to claim your full refund or a resend of your items, whichever you prefer. Any contacts made to us after 45 days of the purchase date about not receiving your items will not be reviewed for a full refund or a resend.
